Orders and delivery

Every order confirmation and delivery email comes from Route500 Scotland. If your download links have not arrived, or a link does not open, the quickest route is to reply to that email — it reaches us directly and carries your order details. Otherwise, write to us at the address below with the email you used at checkout.

Corrections to a plan

Businesses change hands, roads close and opening hours move. If you find something in a plan that is out of date, we would like to know: tell us the plan, the day and what has changed, and we will check it and correct the next edition.
