Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free on every Travel Mug order, tracked, to the UK and worldwide.
1. Tracking
Every order is dispatched with a tracking number.
2. Delivery times

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, public holidays and busy periods can add time. We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Customs, duties and taxes
UK orders: the price you pay at checkout includes delivery and any applicable import VAT or customs charges. There are no extra charges to pay before delivery.
Outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling charges set by your country. These are not included in our price and are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot predict them, and we cannot mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value.
4. Your delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can change it only before your order has shipped, so email [email protected] straight away. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it again once you cover the new postage.
5. Digital products
The Route500 Trip Plan Collection is delivered by email and on the confirmation page straight after payment. Nothing is posted.
